Earlier on Thursday, President Donald Trump posed to Truth Social saying “we remain committed to a Diplomatic Resolution to the Iran Nuclear Issue!” He called Iran a “Great Country,” but stressed that they must “completely give up hopes of obtaining a Nuclear Weapon.”
Fox commentator Brett Baier told Fox News that the president told him he “was aware of Israel’s actions before it happened, there were no surprises here.”
Baier quoted the president, who said: “Iran cannot have a nuclear bomb. We’re hoping to get back to the negotiating table. We’ll see. There are several people in leadership who will not be coming back.”
