Zoë Kravitz and Robert Pattinson are working together again but believe it or not it has nothing to do with fighting crime, the Riddler, the Joker, the Penguin, or even Gotham City. Deadline reports that Kravitz is in negotiations to direct the thriller “How to Save a Marriage” for Sony Pictures. Robert Pattinson is producing along with Brighton McCloskey through their production company Icki Eneo Arlo.
Geoff Shaevitz and Evan Silverberg are also producing, through their banner Entertainment 360. The script was written by Ross Evans.

Kravitz made her feature directorial debut last year with the thriller “Blink Twice” starring Naomi Ackie and Channing Tatum. The film pulled in $48 million at the box office and earned enough positive reviews for a 75% Rotten Tomatoes critic score, certifying it fresh. Per Deadline, “How to Save a Marriage” will have “edgy undertones” just like “Blink Twice,” explaining why Sony pursued Kravitz as director.

There’s no word yet on whether or not either Kravitz or Pattinson will make appearances in “How to Save a Marriage.” Kravitz made an appearance in “Blink Twice” credited as “Swanky Stewardess,” so it isn’t out of the question.
Fans likely know the pairing of Kravitz and Pattinson best from 2022’s “The Batman,” in which Kravitz played Catwoman. But “The Batman” wasn’t Kravitz’s first superhero movie rodeo; that would be 2011’s “X-Men: First Class,” in which she played Angel Salvadore. She also voiced Mary Jane in 2018’s “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” and Catwoman in “The Lego Batman Movie”.
Kravitz doesn’t currently have any other directorial projects, but she’s a busy actor. Next, she stars in the Darren Aronofsky-helmed thriller “Caught Stealing.”
After that, she has a number of other acting projects. She joins an impressive ensemble that includes Cate Blanchett, Dave Bautista, Steven Yeun, and Channing Tatum in the alien invasion comedy “Alpha Gang”. The group plays alien invaders who disguise themselves as a biker gang.
There’s also the psychological horror film “Self-Portrait,” in which Kravitz stars with Thomasin McKenzie.
Of course, Kravitz is expected to return to the role of Selena Kyle/Catwoman for the upcoming sequel “The Batman: Part 2,” which is supposed to start filming this year. Rumors have been swirling around the sequel, however, that it will be delayed even longer.
