Red Bull Racing is ready for the upcoming season by unveiling their 2025 car, the RB21. This event is scheduled for February 18 and will be part of the 2025 season launch at the O2 Arena in London. It is especially important as it coincides with the 75th anniversary of Formula 1. All eyes will be on this launch, with this being Red Bull’s final car before new regulations take effect in 2026.
Max Verstappen and Liam Lawson will drive the RB21, bringing their skills to the track with this new machine. Red Bull Racing has sparked interest by sharing a silhouette of the car on Instagram (below), which features eye-catching red highlights.
By doing so, Red Bull became the second team to announce its 2025 car launch publicly after Ferrari. The RB21 is particularly important as it will be the first Red Bull car made without Adrian Newey, who had been a key figure in the team as chief technical officer.
Adrian Newey played a vital role in designing Red Bull’s successful cars in the past. The RB19, which he helped create, won an impressive 21 of 22 races in the 2023 season. His departure marks a new chapter for the Red Bull team. Despite this change, Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner remains confident.

“This is the first time that Adrian [Newey] will have had absolutely no input into the car.
“That’s for the team to step up to that challenge.
“I’m confident they can do that. They’ve got strength and depth and we’ll see what the RB21 looks like.”
Next season’s pre-testing will be from February 26 to 28 at the Bahrain International Circuit. Teams and drivers from all over will get ready for the 2025 season during this period. The 2025 season launch promises to be historic, with everyone joining the single event to mark the special occasion.
The entire industry will keep a close watch on how Red Bull progresses without Newey as they ready themselves for another racing season.
