Kelsey Plum and the Los Angeles Sparks (4-11) look to end a four-game losing streak as they face Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (7-7) at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

After a mediocre 4-7 start to their season, the Sparks have fallen further down the standings, losing four straight in convincing fashion. Their last outing was a 97-86 defeat to the Chicago Sky, where the Sparks were outscored by 13 point in the fourth quarter. Azura Stevens led the team with 21 points, including 4-for-7 from the 3-point line, but the rest of the team would make just three of 19 attempts from beyond the arc.

The Fever’s up-and-down season continues, as they’ve battled through injuries to Clark and inconsistency. Their last game was a solid 94-86 road win against the Seattle Storm, where they carried a 17-point lead into the final quarter and ultimately cruised to victory. Aliyah Boston (31 points) and Kelsey Mitchell (26 points) had tremendous games in support of Clark, who had an uncharacteristically poor game, with just six points and eight turnovers on 3-for-13 from the field.

This is the first of four meetings this season between the Sparks and the Fever.
