Charlotte’s sudden emotional collapse—experienced by young children the world over—required a bit of quick thinking from Kate, who used a few commanding words to bring the situation under control.

A clip of the moment went viral on TikTok, where it was liked 55,000 times and viewed almost 740,000 times after being posted with the message “Charlotte Elizabeth Diana,” which is Charlotte’s full name.
