The wife of Mohammed Sabry Soliman, who is accused of carrying out a violent hate-motivated attack in Boulder, Colorado, provided key evidence to law enforcement shortly after his arrest on June 1. According to a federal affidavit, she turned over an iPhone linked to Soliman and used by their family, after authorities observed her leaving their Colorado Springs residence. Soliman had reportedly told investigators he left messages to his family on the phone before the attack, in which he threw Molotov cocktails at a pro-Israel gathering, injuring eight people.
