Six teams remain in the hunt for the title: Nebraska, Oklahoma, Penn State, Michigan, Stanford, and Illinois.

The semifinal scores were as follows:

• Session I: Nebraska 324.894, Oklahoma 323.460, Penn State 321.992, Cal 319.091, Air Force 313.526, William & Mary 307.691
• Session II: Michigan 329.824, Stanford 329.028, Illinois 323.194, Ohio State 319.495, Army 311.091, Navy 308.056

Stanford is in search of history here, as it could become the first team to win six consecutive championships, but its score in the semifinals was only third-best behind Nebraska and Michigan, so the Cardinal have some work to do still.

In addition to the teams that advanced to the finals, select competitors from other schools will compete in the individual finals despite their teams not advancing. That includes eight individuals competing from Cal.
