The Haas Factory Team has announced a new partnership with Caymus Vineyards for the 2025 NASCAR season.
This collaboration will feature Caymus’s Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon prominently on the No. 41 Ford Mustang during several NASCAR Cup Series events.
Caymus Vineyards, a family-owned winery based in Napa Valley, was established in 1972 by Chuck Wagner and his family. It is well-known for its bold, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon wines. The partnership with the Haas Factory Team is Caymus’s third of its kind with a team operated by Gene Haas, most recently with Stewart-Haas Racing.

Executive Vice President of Caymus Vineyards, Karen Perry, explained in a press release from the team:

“We’re proud to partner with Haas Factory Team, and we’re excited to have Bonanza Cabernet ride along with 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion Cole Custer as he makes his return to the Cup Series.
“Gene Haas has his own heralded track record, and his ongoing commitment to putting quality race teams on the track in both Formula One and NASCAR makes him a great partner for our winery.
“What excites us most is the pursuit of excellence – whether in winemaking or on the track. We look forward to continuing to engage racing’s most passionate fanbase with Bonanza Cabernet.”
Perry’s enthusiasm is echoed by Cole Custer, who will drive the No. 41 car. Custer, who triumphed as the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series Champion, will spotlight the Bonanza Cabernet branding on the car and his firesuit during races at Circuit of The Americas on March 2 and at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on October 12.
Custer commented:
“Caymus Vineyards and the Wagner family have a long history in NASCAR, and we have a shared passion for excellence, making them the ideal partner for our team.
“Caymus makes exceptional wines under a range of labels, and Haas Factory Team is dedicated to building competitive racecars. I’m excited to have them on board, and I look forward to driving the No. 41 Bonanza Cabernet Ford Mustang at Circuit of the Americas in March and at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in October.”
Gene Haas founded the Haas Factory Team after the dissolution of Stewart-Haas Racing.
