Hailee Steinfeld knows a thing or two about the limelight — and now she wants to use her platform to raise awareness for a special cause.
The 28-year-old actress and cancer survivor Wanda Sykes starred in a Super Bowl 2025 commercial for Novratis to bring attention to breast cancer.

“It’s been on my bucket list to be in a Super Bowl commercial,” Steinfeld told USA TODAY Sports. “I cannot think of one that I could possibly feel more proud and honored to be apart of than this with Novartis.”
In the company’s first Super Bowl ad, cheerleaders and women of all types are shown living their lives — with a focus on their chest areas and breasts. It also shows Steinfeld on the red carpet and closes with Sykes speaking on a field.
“So much attention. Yet ignored,” the ad stated towards the end. “Over 6 million women watching today’s game may be diagnosed with breast cancer.”
Unfortunately for fans, Steinfeld did not wear her new engagement ring in the ad.
